We also provide individual clinical supervision for social workers seeking independent licensure hours in Maryland. Supervision is tailored to your professional development and focuses on strengthening clinical skills, ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, evidence-based interventions, and professional identity. We strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can grow in competence and confidence while meeting licensure requirements.
